Daniel Quick

Chief Customer Learning Officer

For over 20 years, Daniel has been on the front lines of educating customers, building results-driven customer learning programs at leading software brands, including Optimizely, Culture Amp, and Asana. Prior to joining Scaled Agile, he was SVP of Content Strategy at Thought Industries, one of the world’s fastest growing learning technology companies. He is also co-author of The Customer Education Playbook: How Leading Companies Engage, Convert, and Retain Customers.

Daniel leads the customer learning organization within Scaled Agile, including the strategy, design, development, production, and distribution processes to deliver SAFe learning and practice products. As a former video game designer turned educator, he is passionate about creating modern learning experiences that delight customers and empower people to do their best work.

Daniel holds a B.A. from UCLA in Psychology, an M.A. from NYU in Educational Administration and Technology, and an M.Ed. from the University of Texas at Austin in Educational Psychology.
