Sebastian Tschödrich, Vice President Automotive at Capgemini Invent, has a 12 year working experience in automotive consulting, among others in Europe and China. He is responsible for Capgemini’s global automotive consulting business in the areas of sales, new mobility, connected car, digital business and sustainability as well as the global consulting business for a major automotive client.

As Global Head of the Business Agility practice at Capgemini Invent, Markus has a strong passion for Agile Transformations. In recent years, he has focused on helping organizations introduce the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and is continuously working with (senior) stakeholders to achieve a sustainable Agile transformation based on a fundamental shift in mindset. As a SAFe Program Consultant Trainer (SPCT), he has coached many different corporations across the globe, combining deep knowledge of SAFe with practical knowledge of Agile@Scale in general. He has trained a couple of hundred employees of many of the leading companies on what SAFe is and how it can be successfully applied. Furthermore, over the last years he has helped different companies in “becoming Agile” especially also at the Portfolio level, focusing on planning and budgeting cycles, to best enable Value Streams and their ART(s) to follow their new way-of-working.

Robin Yeman brings over 25 years of experience and proven ability to identify and evaluate market needs, build opportunities, and provide solutions leveraging best practices from Lean, Agile, and DevSecOps. Before joining Project & Team, Yeman spent almost three decades at Lockheed Martin advising entire product lifecycles and driving multi-billion dollar revenues by focusing on speed and agility.
