Jesse Brouillette

Jesse excels in building high-performing tech teams, fostering strong relationships with stakeholders, and creating an inspiring working environment. At Scaled Agile, he leads exceptional teams responsible for software architecture, development, business systems, and information security.

Before joining Scaled Agile, Jesse led the IT organization at Rally Software, where he played a critical role in supporting rapid growth from 30 to 600 employees, facilitating a successful IPO event, and subsequent acquisition and merger activities. A long-time advocate of Agile and SAFe practices, Jesse is grateful for the opportunity to apply these methodologies in supporting the global SAFe community.
