People have questions that 4.0 Course Delivery Enablement plans are no longer visible in their SPC profiles. Scaled Agile has declared that the 4.0 Enablement plans have been removed from SPC profiles as a part of phasing out the SAFe 4.0 course material. No changes have been made to 4.5 Enablement plans or licenses.
