Phil Knight

Phil Knight has over 25 successful years of experience in sales in the IT industry, mainly helping US companies build and expand their presence in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Phil joined Scaled Agile, Inc. in 2018 to expand their business outside of the US, and he has been helping organizations become Agile businesses since then.

Phil successfully led Serena Software and Rally Software sales teams. He is an experienced sales leader, enjoys the challenge of growing business, and is passionate about developing successful sales teams.

Phil is based in the UK and, with his team, manages Scaled Agile’s business in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
