At Pretty Agile, we build your internal capability so you can run without us. Since 2014, we've enabled better ways of working across Australia, New Zealand and beyond, through SAFe® and, increasingly, AI-Native training, consulting and coaching. We're a Platinum SPCT partner, one of Scaled Agile's longest-standing, with over 14,500 people trained in the Scaled Agile Framework.
Our roots predate the framework itself. In early 2012, our founder Em Campbell-Pretty launched Australia's first SAFe Agile Release Train at Telstra, a few months before SAFe existed as a trademarked framework. The cultural transformation behind it became one of the better-known stories in the SAFe community, and Em was later designated one of the first four SAFe Fellows from outside Scaled Agile.
We're also the AI-Native Charter Partner for APAC, applying the same approach to AI capability that built our SAFe reputation and helping people go from AI-curious to AI-capable.
Our team are real-world practitioners, each with over a decade of full-time SAFe delivery behind them. We pride ourselves on classes and workshops full of practical takeaways, going well beyond the standard slides to share what we've learned across many implementations.
