SAFe Practice Consultants (SPC) become trainers that can coach teams, launch Agile Release Trains (ARTs), and enable a Lean portfolio.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-family: Arial; font-size: 11pt; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Der SAFe® Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM)-Kurs behandelt die taktischen Verantwortlichkeiten der Product Owner- und Product Manager-Rollen im Agile Release Train. Dieser Kurs liefert außerdem Anweisungen und praktische Übungen, damit Sie KI-Tools effektiv in Ihre Rolle integrieren können.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-size: 14px;">Attendees gain an understanding of the role of a Scrum Master in a SAFe enterprise. Unlike traditional Scrum Master training that focuses on the fundamentals of team-level Scrum, the SAFe Scrum Master course explores the role of the Scrum Master in the context of the entire enterprise, and prepares attendees to successfully plan and execute the Planning Interval (PI), the primary enabler of alignment throughout all levels of a SAFe organization. This includes learning the key components of Agile at scale development, how Scrum is facilitated throughout the enterprise, and how to execute Iteration Planning.</span></p>

<p>Advanced SPC (ASPC) includes:</p><ul><li>Two SAFe Skills, <em>Writing Effective OKRs  </em>and<em> Empowering SPCs with AI</em></li><li> Instructor-led training (ILT) modules and a Learning Lab, which serves as a scenario-based ILT where participants will demonstrate what they have learned in a cumulative assessment module</li></ul><p>You <strong>must</strong> hold an SPC 6.0 certification earned prior to attendance. Those who complete the required elements in ASPC and successfully pass the Learning Lab will be eligible to claim the Advanced SPC certification.</p><p>The dates displayed reflect the range of ILT sessions, from the first module to the Learning Lab. The SAFe Skill is to be completed on an individual basis. Please view the class registration page for exact details on the class sessions.</p>

<p><span style="font-size: 14px;">In the SAFe® for Architects course, you’ll get the context you need to align architecture with business value. You’ll understand how system, solution, and enterprise architects collaboratively deliver architectural solutions.
