• Lightning Talk Presentation – Each session kicks off with a 5–10 minute lightning talk from a community member sharing their expertise on a topic that’s relevant and valuable to the Product community.
  • This month, join Sr. Product Designer, Dan Olsavsky, as he explores the topic “Designing Better Together: Agile Product Design in SAFe Environments.” In this lightning talk, Dan shares practical ways to foster better collaboration between product owners, designers, and developers in SAFe environments. He outlines strategies to strengthen cross-functional partnerships, co-create meaningful user tests, and scale UX without becoming a bottleneck -even with limited design resources. The goal: build better products by working better together.
• Breakout Discussions – After the talk, join smaller breakout rooms to dive deeper into the topic or explore other pressing challenges and ideas with fellow Product professionals.
