Join us for Product Professionals Connect, a bi-monthly virtual event designed for Product Owners and Product Managers to network, share insights, and learn from each other in an interactive and engaging format.

🔹 What to Expect?

• Lightning Talk Presentation – Each session kicks off with a 5–10 minute lightning talk from a community member sharing their expertise on a topic that’s relevant and valuable to the Product community.
  • This month join Product Manager, Tessa Powell as she explores the topic “Your Customers Are Probably Lying to You, Even if They Don’t Mean It” Good product leaders live, eat, and breathe by the feedback from their customers. But what do you do when your customers are lying to you? You’ve probably seen this before – your business case written, the development in full swing, early indicators of the new feature or product you’re gearing up to ship is getting great feedback from those you’re testing it with. In this session, Tessa will bring a fairly-understood, partially-solved problem for groups to work on finding new strategies for getting “good” feedback from your customers before their promises of purchasing your product fall flat. Come for an informative, interactive, and fun session; leave with strategies and ideas to work on for your own flow.
• Breakout Discussions – After the talk, join smaller breakout rooms to dive deeper into the topic or explore other pressing challenges and ideas with fellow Product professionals.
