It’s a bi-monthly virtual gathering designed exclusively for Certified RTEs to connect, network, learn, and share in a dynamic and interactive setting.

• Inspiring Keynote – Each session kicks off with a 20-minute presentation from a featured speaker—an RTE or industry expert—sharing insights, strategies, and real-world experiences on topics that matter most to the community.
  • This month join Rebecca Davis, SAFe Fellow, Methodologist, and former all-star RTE, as she explores how RTEs can get powered up in regards to Lean Portfolio Management. In this session, Rebecca will lead a discussion on how to create a powerful alliance between your RTE skills, the portfolio strategy, and ART execution. This session will equip you with insights and experiences to enhance your collaboration with Lean Portfolio Management (LPM). Come prepared to engage with others, practice, and interact!
• Breakout Discussions – After the keynote, dive deeper into engaging conversations in breakout rooms, where you can explore the keynote topic or other subjects that interest you.
