• Lightning Talk Presentation – Each session kicks off with a 5–10 minute lightning talk from a Scrum Master or industry expert sharing their expertise on a topic that’s relevant and valuable to the Scrum Master community.
  • This month join Mark Moskovitz as he presents a talk titled “Scrum Mastering at Scale: From Ceremonies to Catalysts.” Scrum Masters in SAFe often get stuck running ceremonies—but your real value goes far beyond the calendar. In this practical scrum master connect, Mark shares three ways to elevate your impact: keeping PI Objectives alive, turning demos into customer-focused stories, and influencing beyond your team. Walk away with ideas you can use right away to become a stronger delivery partner across your ART.
