  • This month, join Agile Coach Karine Floyd, for her talk titled “Helping your company succeed in a Scaled Agile Transformation and normalize continuous improvements.” This will be a discussion on the path to lead a successful formation of Agile Release Trains (ARTs) aligned to value streams, facilitated PI Planning, coached teams on commitment-driven planning, and enable leadership to maintain strategic backlogs through Lean Portfolio Management. Apply flow metrics and SAFe practices to improve system throughput, while embedding a culture of continuous improvement across portfolios.
