Nikki leads Scaled Agile’s Customer Success teams. With over 20 years of experience in customer-focused roles, Nikki is a passionate advocate for customer success and operational excellence. She deeply understands the customer journey and is dedicated to helping organizations achieve business outcomes. Nikki loves to create and develop processes, drive continuous improvement, lead change initiatives, and, most importantly, coach and develop others.
Before joining Scaled Agile, Nikki worked for Vaisala Oyj., a global leader in weather and environmental systems, for 11 years in a variety of roles, including Head of Projects & Customer Services in North America and Head of Global Technical Support, leading teams to deliver highly profitable and on-time projects, services and support. Nikki also spent 8 years working for Parker Hannifin Corporation, an industry leader in motion and control technologies in Sales and Product Management.
Nikki holds a B.S. from Cleveland State University in Chemical Engineering and an M.B.A. from The University of Arizona Eller College of Management. Nikki resides in Boulder, CO, and serves on the Advisory Committee for Customer Experience Business Program at the University of Colorado.
