Then another decade as development manager at TONBELLER AG, in this role he was also responsible for the product management team. From 2008-2010 he introduced agile methods based on SCRUM. As a business unit manager and agile coach, he helped customers of andrena objects AG to become agile. Since October 2013, he has been an agile management consultant and partner of KEGON AG. He has been a certified Scrum Master since 2018 certified SAFe® Release Train Engineer (RTE) and since October 2020 SAFe® Program Consultant Trainer (SPCT).

Jan Kuntscher has been working in the software industry since 2010. For several years he has created beautiful and inspiring levels as a level designer at Ubisoft. He joined Seibert Media in 2014 as an Atlassian Consultant for Confluence & Jira, and since then, he has mastered almost every Atlassian certification available. He is one of the initial creators of ‘Agile Hive – SAFe in Jira and, since 2018, the Product Manager of Agile Hive. He has attended numerous SAFe training courses (SPC, LPM, ASM, SA) to constantly develop himself and took part in an LPM master class training course led by Richard Knaster. In 2019 Jan founded the software company appanvil, known for the Confluence app ‘Aura – Beautiful Formatting Macros’, which is in third place of the top-rated Confluence apps in the Atlassian Marketplace.
