At Lean Scaled Architects (LSA), we understand that activity does not equal work. With our deep knowledge and experience in Lean and Scaled Agile principles and practices, we help our clients find and remove waste and inefficiencies in their processes, enabling them to identify & deliver higher-quality services or products more efficiently and faster. 

 

We use the appropriate application of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) to unlock our client’s true capability for product or service delivery. We motivate organizations to establish a high-trust, collaborative, agile culture and environment where people thrive in their respective roles and rapidly accelerate the delivery of high-quality products or services. LSA works with clients to custom design their SAFe transition roadmap based on demonstrated expertise and knowledge, and we stay with our clients through the roadmap to guide them to a successful transition. We also teach leaders how to become agile leaders. 

 

LSA delivers digital modernization outcomes-at-scale, using a mix of right-sized training and services. Our services include Zero-Trust compliant cloud and modern application architecture solutions, Agile Enterprise Architecture (EA) for solution design and investment planning, IT Operating Model (ITOM) and IT Service Management (ITSM) / ServiceNow implementation, and full Scaled Agility roadmap support including training, coaching, and participation in SAFe events. 

 

LSA’s strength is the delivery of modernization outcomes using agility-at-scale principles such as “connecting the dots” horizontally & vertically between typically siloed transformation efforts to remove waste usually associated with transformations and make the changes on-cadence and in-synch. We start with a modern Digital IT Operating Model approach – the right mix of digital service management enhanced with cloud-native IaC & AI/ML automation – combined with a Lean Portfolio Management (LPM) based approach to investment planning.  

 

To deliver priority customer-facing services, LSA uses an integrated Solution Intent Repository (SIR) approach, combining Agile Enterprise Architecture (EA) and agile/lean portfolio planning tools to design and chunk solutions into realistic roadmaps while simultaneously analyzing and optimizing existing technology portfolios to reduce technical debt.
