Asma Hasan

Recognized as a long-time and experienced in-house general counsel, Asma Hasan has extensive experience advising companies of all sizes, particularly technology companies. An authority on SaaS, software licensing, and technology agreements, Asma is a hands-on general counsel, bringing over 20 years of startup, large company, and large law firm experience. She is passionate about streamlining legal services to shorten deal time and balancing legal requirements against practical business needs and goals.

Asma graduated magna cum laude from the top five programs at Wellesley College (BA) and New York University School of Law (JD). She has served in numerous appointment/invitation positions, including the Association of Corporate Counsel, NYU School of Law Dean’s Council, and the United Religions Initiative. Asma has also mentored over 20 law students.
